NICHAKORN MEYERSON

Chief Executive Officer

Since Builtall’s conception Meyerson has been performing an active role in engineering the systems and internal operations.   With over 14 years experience working in an MIS department at Thai Petro Chemical, she has vital insights in the internal workings of large companies and using her knowledge to turn Builtall from a small start-up company into a successful multimillion dollar construction & specialty contracting company.

PETER MEYERSON

Chief Operations Officer

Meyerson has over 28 years of construction experience, capabilities include running a large construction division with multiple departments.  Ability to take complex projects and break them down into manageable tasks.  Fully compliant with labor laws and understands prevailing wage determinations for both Davis Beacon and California prevailing wage rates.  Meyerson implemented the Customer First policy which is constantly enforced on all projects.  So whether it’s a small or large project the small details and building code knowledge is what Meyerson excels at making all projects a success story.

JERRY OKONOWSKY

Director of Construction
Contractor Licence # 222125 B

Okonowsky has over 50 years of construction experience in building new homes, insurance repairs and commercial renovations.  He has been an active member in helping to design the REO template. His working relationship with Countrywide started when they had 70 employees back in the early 70′s.  Over his extensive career he performed thousands of insurance, REO restoration and construction projects.  Okonowsky was a very dynamic member of both the MBAA (Mortgage Bankers Associates) and CALBO (California Building Officials).  Today he is active in training our staff on building procedures and quality control systems as well he is runs Builtall Construction.  He also helped to facilitate our multi-state operation, using the same strategies employed with Countrywide running their nationwide rehab program.

Director of Business Development

Madrigal has over 25 years of Construction Sales and Estimating experience.  Madrigal is very active in expanding our market reach, training new sales associates and diversifying our service base.

ZULEYMA POSADA

Office Manager & Accounting-Los Angeles

With 15 years of accounting experience Posada brings vital skills to Builtall.  She is capable of running a high volume construction accounting department.  Along with her accounting duties she is in charge of the office internal operations helping in scheduling crews, processing work orders, maintaining schedules and time lines for the smaller projects.  Posada also coordinates our Lowe’s service provider account.

REBECCA BENNETT

Operations Manager-Nevada

Rebecca Bennett has worked as the office manager for the Nevada branch of Builtall for one year and promoted to Operations Manager heading up the Reno and Las Vegas offices. She brings with her a diverse background in communication and organization. She help set up and maintain a well-run organization in Nevada.  She implemented our work order process, operations and responsible for our quality control systems; both implementation and enforcement. While born and raised in Redding, CA, she moved to Portland, OR at the age of thirteen and considers it her hometown.  She graduated from the University of Oregon in 2005 with a BS in both Business Administration and Journalism.  After graduation, she moved to Takamatsu, Japan and worked for two years as an English teacher for the private company Aeon. She settled in Reno, NV after moving back to the States to be close to her family.

ROBERT FLEMING 

Manager, Custom Home Construction Division

Fleming started his construction career at the age of 16 starting off as a laborer for a large home builder,  Early in his career he honed his skills at framing and was taught by his father who devoted his whole career to home building.  Over his 30 years in construction, Fleming has risen quickly through the construction ranks and has, as Project Managed, built over 100 custom homes.  Whether on a hillside or a spec home in a sub division, Fleming has the skills to bring your project in on time and budget, with the quality any discriminating home owner would expect.

SIGFRIDO SALAZAR

Manager, Paint Division

Starting his career as an artist, Salazar has crafted his skill to become a premiure professional painter.  With over 35 years of painting experience he worked on many Los Angeles landmark properties such as the Capital record building, Pacific Design Center and several down town towers.  There are few paint professional that can match his abilities and being an artist he has an eye for detail not seen too often.  Salazar also has extensive experience in painting custom homes.  He is well trained in lead abatement, paint, epoxy coatings, stains, elastomeric paint coatings and floor paint.

VINCENT MARTINEZ 

Manager, Landscape & Preservation Division

Whether it’s a new residential yard or commercial install, Martinez has the skill to design and build your hardscape.  He is up to date with the latest irrigation timers, backflow devices and directs a staff of installers & technicians to handle any irrigation or landscape issue.

 

 

 

 

Rosendo Buenrostro-1

 

ROSENDO BUENROSTRO 

Manager, Millwork Division
(Custom Cabinet Building & Assembly)

Trained as a finish carpenter, Buenrostro has an eye for detail.  He has been working with the premier kitchen and bath companies in Los Angeles, installing high end cabinets.  Buenrostro can also build your dream custom cabinets, or assemble and install your cabinets. He personally installs and supervises our Lowes kitchen projects.

 

 

Wilfredo Abarca-1

 

WILFREDO ABARCA

Manager, Tile and Granite Division

As a second generation tile installer, Abarca has become a vital team member in charge of our tile and granite installation division.  He is skilled at all types of tiles: clay, ceramic, glass or mosaic. He can handle any tile job.  Along with his tile skill, Abarca with our qualified crews can fabricate or install your stone tops. He can handle any kitchen, bath room or flooring, residential or commercial project.

Background Checks

All office employees when hired are given a background check.  Field employees are only given a back ground check if we are working in a security restricted work area that requires checks.  All employees are required to fill out an employment application, furnish a valid driver’s license, copy of their auto insurance policy, social security card and I-9 prior to being able to work.
